Title of the goods will not pass to the buyer until payment has been received in full and funds cleared through our bank. Deli on the Square cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of goods. For essential orders please allow at least 48 hours. Deli on the Square cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of goods. Please notify recipitant of delivery if you are purchasing perishable items for a second party i.e. as a gift.
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. Please notify Deli on the Square immediately upon receipt of the goods if any of the products delivered are out of condition. All claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of goods. All such goods must be returned to Deli on the Square or be available for inspection. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned goods must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund. No refund will be considered, where failure to deliver the goods, was due to incorrect information being submitted on the original order.
